Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel with my family and we had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities, but the bathroom had a mold issue, especially concerning as I was with my son. The staff, particularly the receptionists, seemed to lack proper manners and awareness when it comes to cleaning and hospitality. The location was convenient, being close to the local bus stand and just next to the Bus Terminal, which was great for exploring Dubai creek, but the service left much to be desired. The dining options were poor and not properly served. It’s a place with potential, but overall, there were some disappointing aspects that need improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Bus Terminal and offers easy access to the gold market and local bus stand.
The hotel is conveniently located near Dubai Creek and the gold market, offering easy access to public transport and local amenities. While the rooms were below expectations regarding cleanliness and hospitality, the hotel's location is a major highlight for those looking to explore the area. However, the lack of smiling customer service and poor dining options were notable drawbacks during my stay.
I felt like I was staying where the locals live. The carpets in the bed could use some refreshment, and it's a shame there was no breakfast option available.
